- you are the sole owner of all rights to the photograph and you give permission for users of this site, including the Horror Writers Association and its agents and assigns, to use the photograph in any manner, including publication of the photograph on this or any other website, to download the photograph and circulate it freely;
- that you understand and accept that all photographs uploaded to this site are moderated; and the decision on whether or not to post the photograph to the public section of the site is entirely at the discretion of the Horror Writers Association and its agents;
- that all persons shown in the photograph have given their permission for their image as shown in the photograph to be used in any manner by the Horror Writers Association and its agents and assigns, be uploaded to and displayed on www.horrorselfies.com; and their permission for users of this site to download the photograph and circulate it freely;
- that you indemnify www.horrorselfies.com, the Horror Writers Association and any individual acting for these entities against any legal action arising out of the photograph or the upload, display and/or circulation of the photograph;
- that you understand you may request the photograph be removed from www.horrorselfies.com by using the contact form, and we may or may not remove such photograph in our sole discretion and at such time as we determine
- that if anyone pictured in the photograph later requests that you have it removed from www.horrorselfies.com, that you will promptly pass that request to www.horrorselfies.com by using the contact form
- that if anyone pictured in the photograph requests that we remove it from www.horrorselfies.com, that we may do so at any time without further reference to yourself
